Good morning dearies
Following on from yesterday’s post about celebrating our mistakes, I have come across a beautiful book which helps demonstrate this to the wee angels in our lives.
The book: The Girl Who Never Made Mistakes
Authors: Mark Pett & Gary Rubenstein
The book is about a nine year old girl called Beatrice Bottomwell who never makes mistakes, & for this reason is known as ‘the girl who never makes mistakes’. Then one day she does the unthinkable, and makes a mistake in a very public way.
As important as it is for us adults, it is vital to teach our children that it is OK to make mistakes, and does not in any way make them a failure.
Making a mistake can be a beautiful lesson in life and installing this in our children as early as possible, is a life long blessing.
Happy reading, Poppets…
Love and blessings
